Education Students Encouraged to Showcase ePortfolios
Education students in the EDF 203 course were encouraged to share elements of their electronic portfolios (ePortfolios) in the Noel Studio’s Greenhouse on Wednesday. Students had the opportunity to share ideas and questions with Noel Studio staff while displaying their work on the media wall.
The showcase provided students with a venue to discuss their goals with the ePortfolio as a whole and then aspects of particular interest to them. Discussion points included organizational elements, integrating creativity, the use of color, and the addition of multimedia elements.
Students from across the disciplines can bring their communication pieces to the Noel Studio for feedback at any stage of the design process. The Noel Studio features breakout and presentation spaces where students can display their work—from ePortfolios to Prezis and other digital installations.
